Latisha Perkins - Founder
Hi, I’m Latisha.
I’m a licensed General Contractor and the founder of Maybridge Development. I’ve spent over eight years in the construction industry working on a range of projects including mixed-use developments, residential, and commercial construction. Throughout my career working with established contractors, I’ve contributed to projects totaling more than $30 million in combined value, serving in roles that included preconstruction, project coordination, and project management, helping guide projects from planning through completion.
I hold several industry certifications including Construction Quality Manager (CQM), EM-385, OSHA 30, and EPA Lead RRP, and I was honored to be recognized as a 40 Under 40 professional in the industry.
Today, my focus is government construction, where safety, accountability, and attention to detail are critical. Through Maybridge Development, I’m building a company committed to strong partnerships, disciplined project delivery, and steady growth as an emerging contractor in the government construction space.
I lead with a simple mindset: no excuses, just solutions. In construction, success is built long before the first shovel hits the ground. Strong planning, clear communication, and attention to detail are what keep projects moving and teams aligned.

Hi! It’s Thea. As a Project Coordinator at Maybridge Development, I aim to work with dedication and enthusiasm in the construction industry. As an experienced Engineer pursuing a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, I am deeply fascinated by communication and creating sustainable and efficient solutions.
Michelle Montecillo – Project Estimator
With over five years of experience in the construction estimation industry and a background in civil engineering, I bring precision and expertise to preparing well-organized, accurate, and cost-effective quotes for every project at Maybridge. Beyond my professional work, you will most likely find me on weekends curled up with a good fantasy novel, currently obsessed with dragons, or enjoying a quiet night at a campsite, books still very much included.
